1. Who we are
UndergroundLabz ("we", "us") operates a marketplace where producers can list digital products (beats, drum kits, loops, MIDI, presets, sample packs, and producer tools) for sale to artists and other producers ("buyers").
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have permission of a parent/guardian if under 18. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
3. Seller responsibilities
- You warrant you own (or have all necessary rights to license) every sound, sample, loop, stem and cover image you upload.
- You may not upload uncleared samples, AI-trained voice clones of identifiable artists, or any content that infringes a third party.
- You set your own price. UndergroundLabz keeps a 2% platform commission on each completed sale and credits the remainder to your producer balance.
- You grant UndergroundLabz a non-exclusive license to host, display, stream low-bitrate previews of, and process payments for your content while it is listed.
- No seller-issued refunds. All digital sales on UndergroundLabz are final. You acknowledge that you cannot issue refunds, returns, store credit, or exchanges to buyers, in or out of the app. Refunds occur only for the narrow exceptions in our No Refund Policy and are processed by UndergroundLabz, not by you.
4. Buyer license
Each purchase grants you the rights described in the license PDF issued at checkout (Basic, Premium, Unlimited, or Exclusive for beats; royalty-free perpetual personal & commercial use for kits, loops, MIDI, presets, and sample packs). You may not redistribute the raw files or resell them as your own product.
5. Payments & payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe. Buyers are charged at checkout. Producer earnings (net of the 2% platform fee and any payment-processing costs) accrue to your producer balance and become available for payout per the payout schedule shown in your dashboard.
6. All Sales Final — No Refunds
All digital sales are final. UndergroundLabz sells instant-access digital products. Because products are delivered immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once payment is completed, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate charges, payment errors, or failed product delivery that cannot be resolved. At checkout you must acknowledge this policy by ticking the required confirmation box; your acceptance, IP address, and timestamp are recorded with the order. There is no in-app refund request form, and sellers cannot issue refunds. See our No Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited conduct
No infringement, no harassment, no scraping or reverse-engineering the platform, no attempts to circumvent download protections or signed URLs, no fraudulent transactions.
8. Takedowns
We respond to valid DMCA notices and other infringement claims. See our DMCA Policy.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time; previously delivered downloads remain licensed under the original terms.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
