REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Beats, drum kits, loops, MIDI packs, preset packs, sample packs and producer tools are digital goods. The moment your payment clears, your account is granted a download license and your producer's earnings balance is credited. For that reason we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, unused purchases, or "I bought the wrong license."

When we will refund

• Duplicate charge: Stripe processed the same order twice.
• Undeliverable file: the producer's download file is missing, corrupt, or unplayable and they cannot supply a working replacement within 7 days.
• Confirmed infringement takedown: the item was removed for IP reasons after your purchase and no replacement license is available.
• Required by law: consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction that supersede this policy.

How to request

Email support@undergroundlabz.com within 14 days of the purchase. Include your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
