DMCA & COPYRIGHT POLICY

UndergroundLabz respects intellectual-property rights and responds to valid notices of claimed infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
Filing a takedown notice
Send a written notice to dmca@undergroundlabz.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work (or representative list).
- The URL(s) of the infringing material on UndergroundLabz.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless we receive notice of a lawsuit.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive multiple validated infringement notices will be terminated and earnings balances may be frozen pending resolution.
