PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, password hash, role.
• Content: files you upload (cover art, previews, downloads, metadata, tags).
• Transactions: order history, license selected, amounts. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.
• Usage: basic logs (IP, user-agent, pages visited) to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To deliver downloads, calculate producer payouts, prevent fraud, send transactional emails (receipts, download links, refund notifications), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare (hosting). Each acts as a data processor under standard contractual terms.

Your rights

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@undergroundlabz.com. Closing your account deletes your profile and revokes future access; download licenses already issued remain valid.

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and cart state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Security

Downloads are served through short-lived signed URLs (7-day expiry, re-issued from your dashboard). Database access uses row-level security; service-role keys are stored server-side only.
